1. What we collect

When you register for a class, we collect:

• For students under 18: the parent/guardian's name, email, and phone number, plus the student's name and age — submitted by the parent/guardian, never collected directly from a minor.
• For adult participants: your name, email, and phone number.
• Which class track you selected, and payment details handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

• To confirm your enrollment and hold your spot
• To contact you (email or SMS) about class schedules, changes, or reminders
• To send you a receipt and enrollment confirmation

We do not sell your information, or a student's information, to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make registration and payment work: our email provider (to send confirmations/reminders) and Stripe (to process payment). Each only receives what they need to do that job.

4. SMS & email consent

By registering, you consent to receive class-related email and SMS messages (schedule reminders, cancellations, updates). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS, or email us to opt out of either.

5. Data retention

We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the program and for basic business record-keeping afterward. Email us to request that your (or your child's) information be deleted once the program has ended.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it, at any time — email hello@geulahlabs.com.
