These terms apply to enrollment in Geulah Labs' in-person AI & Code classes (Boys 12–17, Girls 12–17, Adult Male, Adult Female). By registering, the registrant — a parent/legal guardian for a student under 18, or the participant themselves for an adult class — agrees to these terms.
Program options, same price for teens and adults: Courses (one flat fee per course, paid upfront: Level 1 — 8 weeks, $500 (reg. $1,000) · Level 2 — 8 weeks, $600 (reg. $1,200) · Level 3 — 8 weeks, $700 (reg. $1,400) · Level 4 — 10 weeks, $1,000 (reg. $2,000); weekly in-person instruction), or Private 1-on-1 lessons at $180 per hour, scheduled by appointment after purchase. The AI Studio practice membership ($100/month, one 1-hour practice session per week) is available only to students currently enrolled in a course. Course prices shown reflect a limited-time launch promotion; the regular prices are double the promotional prices and the promotion may end at any time. The only additional fee is a $99 annual fee, which covers the onboarding assessment, a student @geulahlabs.com email address, and the first month of a Claude subscription. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is made. Class sizes are limited and spots are held on a first-paid basis, not first-registered.
Every student or adult participant must bring their own laptop to every class — a laptop is not provided or included in the enrollment fee. The laptop must run Windows or macOS and have at least 8 GB of RAM (16 GB recommended). Geulah Labs is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal devices brought to class.
AI tools: the student is responsible for purchasing any AI tools, subscriptions, or usage credits the program uses (for example, a Claude account or API credits). Tuition does not include them. As a convenience, Geulah Labs can provision these tools on the student's behalf — the student (or parent/guardian) will be billed for their cost.
Internet: free WiFi is provided at the studio, but it is not guaranteed — we recommend bringing your own hotspot as a backup.
Kosher filter: we strongly recommend that every student's laptop have a kosher filter (for example, through TAG — Technology Awareness Group) installed before the first class. This is a recommendation, not a condition of enrollment, and Geulah Labs does not install, manage, or take responsibility for filtering on personal devices.
We expect respectful behavior from every participant. Geulah Labs may remove a student or adult participant from the program for serious misconduct, safety concerns, or repeated disruption, without a refund for remaining sessions.
From time to time we may photograph or record class activities for Geulah Labs' own marketing (website, social media, flyers). If you do not want your child (or yourself) photographed, email us before the first class and we'll make sure you're excluded.
Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geulah Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from class participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
